In plain language

AZORIQ is a football intelligence platform. To give you an account, save your research history, and keep the platform secure, we collect a small, specific set of data — nothing more than what is needed to run the service. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Email address — used to identify your account and to send account-related messages, such as password reset links.
• Display name — shown back to you inside the product.
• Encrypted password hash — your actual password is never stored. We store a salted, one-way cryptographic hash (PBKDF2), so even we cannot read your real password.
• Saved football research history — the matches you analyze and the reports AZORIQ generates for you, so you can find them again later.
• Feedback messages — anything you submit through the in-app feedback form, so we can improve the platform.
• Technical logs — basic operational records (such as request timing and error type) used to keep the platform running and to diagnose problems.
• Security information — such as IP address and rate-limit counters, used only to protect accounts and prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated login or password-reset attempts).

Why we collect it

• Account functionality — creating and securing your account, letting you sign in, and resetting your password if you forget it.
• Saved analysis history — so your past research is available when you come back.
• Security — detecting abuse, enforcing rate limits, and protecting every account on the platform.
• Platform improvement — understanding what's confusing or broken, using feedback and basic technical logs, so AZORIQ can get better.

How your data is protected

• Passwords are never stored in plain text — only a salted, irreversible cryptographic hash.
• Password reset links use a single-use token that automatically expires after a short time and is itself stored as a hash, not as plain text.
• Session cookies are signed and marked secure/HTTP-only so they cannot be read or tampered with by other websites or scripts.
• Access to administrative tools (including monitoring and user management) is restricted to admin accounts only.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not use marketing or advertising trackers.
• We do not share your research history or account details with third parties, except where required to operate the service itself (for example, sending an email through our mail provider) or where required by law.
